“We purchased a 3,500 gallon tanker on a 2001 Volvo cement truck chassis. This truck was perfect for our budget and Jed Weber was great to work with. This workhorse truck has an 800 gpm pump to nurse the engines at smaller fires, but if big water is needed we can drop the 3,500 gallon dump tank and dump water from either side or the rear from one of the 3 dump valves. I personally flew out to their plant in Orion, IL and was very particular with my inspection of the truck, but the guys were great to work with and even filled the tank to check for leaks.
